All new recruits undergo a comprehensive Induction, our formal training process for new hires. This training has been developed to equip you with the skills needed to add value to your roles and responsibilities. These include a range of skills including analytical methods, presentation skills, critical thinking, problem solving and other core competencies.

    We have a formal appraisal system that captures each members successes, areas for development, and goals for the next 6 months. Every appraisal is reviewed by a partner in the business and every quarter you will have an update on progress. Progress is directly linked to growth, development and qualification for incentives and benefits.

    Graduate / Undergraduate Internships

    Stratecent Consulting doesn't believe in offering any run-off the mill projects to our trainees. All internship projects are highly critical to our business success. Our trainees create immense value for us, and in turn, go back to their courses with a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of core business functions. Project durations may vary from 3 months to 6 months depending on the nature of the subject, and your time commitments.

    International Internships

    We offer internships to foreign nationals. This internship cycle runs year long and can be opted for in 3 month, 6 month or 9 month long cycles. We offer a wide-variety of internships in all fields of management.
